Dr. Karen Chapman – Medical Director – ME73371
Dr. Chapman is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist with fellowship training in Oculoplastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Surgery and Diseases of the
Orbit. She has practiced in Sarasota, Florida since 1997.
A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Harvard University with a Bachelors Degree in Biology and Neurosciences. Dr. Chapman then attended the University of
Virginia School of Medicine She completed her internship at Roanoke Memorial Hospital (A University of Virginia Affiliate Program), in Roanoke, Virginia. She completed her ophthalmology residency at University of Virginia.
Dr. Chapman pursued fellowship training in oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery and orbital diseases at Mayo Clinic, Rochester Minnesota, A well respected ophthalmic plastic surgeon in the Sarasota area, Dr. Chapman specializes in cosmetic and functional upper and lower eyelid surgery, cosmetic and functional brow surgery, facial and periorbital skin cancer excision and reconstruction, tear drainage surgery, orbital and facial fracture repair and surgical management of thyroid eye disease.
In addition to surgical and medical procedures, Dr. Chapman performs various aesthetic procedures, including Juvederm and Restylane augmentation, Sculptra Aesthetic, and Botox Cosmetic. Dr. Chapman served as a National Education Faculty Member for Botox Cosmetic.
Victoria Pimlott – Owner/Licensed Aesthetician – FB9742254
Victoria was born in England and moved to Florida with her family in 1999. Growing up with reactive skin and food allergies, Victoria lived a natural lifestyle and avoided products with chemicals and fragrances. Her parents were business owners so she always had strong goals. With a love for skin care Victoria enrolled in the Florida College of Natural Health’s Facial Specialist program, where she learned how to restore, teach and protect the skin and what the skin needs in order to restore and protect itself. After graduating with honors Victoria received her Facial Specialist License from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Continuing her education at the Florida College of Natural Health, again as an honor roll student she completed their 976 hour Medical Aesthetics Program. This course concentrated on the advanced techniques of Dermatology and Plastic Surgery, giving a thorough understanding of Medical Aesthetics.
After College, Victoria worked in several local spas as an Aesthetician but with her skills, knowledge of the skin and passion for Organic skin care she is utilizing her experience, education and proven ability to provide customer satisfaction in her own purpose built Organic Day Spa with the latest corrective products and techniques.
Rachael Costa – Certified Laser Technician & Medical Aesthetician

Rachael is a Florida state licensed and nationally certified electrologist, laser technician and medical aesthetician. She specializes in Dermaplane, Microneedling,
IPL and Laser Hair Removal. For the past 9 years she has worked under a board-certified Plastic Surgeon and Dermatologist. Rachael’s friendly, passionate, welcoming nature and ability to make clients comfortable is unmatched. Rachael has helped hundreds of patients rid themselves of embarrassing and unwanted hair using Laser, Electrolysis or a combination of both. Rachael is completely objective when determining the best course of treatment. Knowing that many patients are often shy or embarrassed about their appearance due to unwanted hair, she is committed to maintaining an environment of understanding and respect in all aspects of her practice.
Rachael came into the field of esthetics because of her passion for skin care and her strong desire to help her clients feel good about their appearance. Her knowledge and extraordinary touch are enhanced by her ability to customize her treatments to her client’s specific needs. She loves building relationships with clients and strives to treat skin care issues without jeopardizing a positive and relaxing spa experience.
A native of the Boston area with a corporate training background as well as a former small business owner. Rachael now resides in Sarasota with her husband and their dog Cooper. They love spending any spare time with their two grown sons and they enjoy all that Sarasota, Florida has to offer.

Rylee Hall is a Florida state licensed and nationally certified electrologist, laser technician and medical aesthetician specializing in laser treatments. She received her Associate of Arts Degree at State College of Florida and later graduated from Beauty and Health Institute becoming a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Laser Specialist.
Rylee suffered from hereditary acne for 3 years which grew her passion for skin care and desire to help others target and fight their own skin battle. She believes in result driven techniques and making sure her clients are educated in all options to help achieve their skin goal.
When Rylee is not practicing skin care she enjoys spending time with friends and family and being on the water.

Payton a Florida native and grew up in here Bradenton. She attended a dance studio where she danced competitively and soon found her love for skin care and makeup. As a teenager Payton struggled with hereditary acne, with her passion for skincare and helping others with their skin she decided shortly after graduating High School to attended Sarasota Technical College where she received her Facial Specialist License.
She now uses her experience with skin issues to help others, along with her training and Éminence Organic Skin Care product knowledge to achieve amazing results!
