All purchases may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for store credit or exchange of product. Sale items may not be returned. We require returned containers to be unopened (except for defective product). Used products will be issued a store credit or offered an exchange of product. We would like to suggest you sample before purchasing.
Gift Cards and Bonus Gifts Certificates
Gift Cards and Bonus Gift Certificates are strictly non-refundable.
The discounted price of any remaining treatments may be refunded no later than 60 days of purchase.
Deposit/ Cancellation fee
A deposit is required for all appointments.
24-hour notice is required for cancellations or changed to scheduled appointments. Last minute cancellation and no shows are subject to loss of deposit, plus 20% gratuity. Voicemail messages are acceptable, if received within 24-hour notice.
Consultations require a refundable deposit of $20. Deposit will be used towards treatment cost.
We respectfully ask new clients to arrive approximately 15-minutes prior to their appointment time. Arriving late for an appointment will result in a limited service time. If more than 15 minutes late, deposit will be lost and 20% gratuity charged. The appointment will be scheduled for a later time/date. No-show appointments and cancellations beyond 24-hour notice are subject to full payment for deposit next visit.

Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk where you will be greeted by one of our welcoming and knowledgeable staff members. New clients are asked to provide information which will assist with their chosen service. These consultation forms can be found on our website your convenience.
No-show appointments are charged 50% of their treatment cost + 20% Gratuity.
In the case of inclement weather, Organic Skin & Body will contact you to reschedule appointment.
No discounts will be given on services already discounted.
