We respectfully ask new clients to arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to their appointment time. Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk where you will be greeted by one of our welcoming and knowledgeable staff members. New clients are asked to provide information which will assist with their chosen service. These consultation forms can be found here for your convenience. For your enjoyment prior to or after your service we have water, hot tea & snacks available. We recommend that you shower before or after your massage or body treatment. It will aid relaxation and it also washes any impurities from your body.
When your appointment time arrives, your Aesthetician or Massage Therapist will greet you and lead you to your private treatment room. They will review your consultation form and answer any questions you may have before leaving you to undress to where you feel comfortable. If you are uncomfortable with anything during your service, please notify your Aesthetician or Massage Therapist and they will make the necessary adjustments. Making conversation during your service? Feel free to do so if you wish. If not, the therapist will follow your lead. The most important thing is to just relax.
At the end of your service, your Aesthetician or Massage Therapist will leave you to dress, or you may change into an Organic Skin & Body Med Spa robe if you have another service following. Your service provider will direct you to your next treatment or to checkout.
After a facial, your Aesthetician will give you an Éminence Organic Skin Care prescription card detailing all the products they used during your service and any recommendations for your skin concerns. Gratuities for your service providers are always appreciated
